Ken Sheldon has developed a collaborative construction process that we dubbed a Better Way to Build. Together we developed a description of the pros and cons for the traditional construction model and then articulated the process he has been perfecting over the past 30+ years.
It was gratifying to work with someone so passionate about serving clients in a way that benefits everyone involved. In this case, architects, builders, interior designers, homeowners and engineers. Ken is transparent with his realistic quotes for materials, labor and so forth. This invites all parties to work together to make sure the project is successful and attainable.
